My daughter got married today. Both of them love fishing and his sister made them a unique cake. There are plastic fish "swimming" in the fountain on the bottom. There are fish on the second layer of the cake and the bride and groom are very unusual.
Mini tier cakes are iced with a poured fondant.
The roses are done in royal icing.
Sheer fabric ribbons are tied around the cakes.

Two layers of Hazelnut cake and one layer of Almond cake, both with buttercream frosting.
This wedding dress inspired cake is a rich chocolate cake filled with oreos and buttercream in the first tier, moist white cake with raspberry chambord filling in the next two tiers, and chocolate with peanut butter filling in the top tier.
